- 02Photos, floor plan, video. Shot by us, kept on file for every future listing of the unit.
- 03Priced and live the same day. Match list first, then terramagia.com, StreetEasy and Zillow.
- 04Showings and applications. Showings go to qualified renters, and you choose from the strongest applications.
- 05Lease packet and signatures. Tenant signs first, you countersign, everything filed to the unit.
- 06Keys and move-in. Welcome letter, utilities, building contacts, done.
