646 Manhattan Avenue is leased.
Terra Magia Commercial has completed the lease of the ground-floor retail space at 646 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint on behalf of the building's owner. The roughly 1,250 square foot storefront, with about 360 square feet of cellar storage, was taken on a long-term lease by Mikado Japanese Market, its operator's second North Brooklyn store, now open. Terra Magia was the sole broker on the transaction.

The Manhattan Avenue corridor has a short list of food operators actively looking and a shorter list of owners ready to deal. Terra Magia priced the space from current asking rents and closed comps on the avenue, marketed it directly to operators instead of waiting on the portals, and ran the LOI and lease on the owner's paper.
