The roughly 1,250 square foot storefront, with about 360 square feet of cellar storage, was taken on a long-term lease by Mikado Japanese Market, its operator's second North Brooklyn store, now open. Terra Magia was the sole broker on the transaction, representing the owner from pricing through the signed lease.

The Manhattan Avenue corridor has a short list of food operators actively looking and a shorter list of owners ready to deal.
