What we collect. When you contact us, ask about a listing, or save a Match profile, we keep what you give us: name, email, mobile number, your message, and the search criteria you chose. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested).

What we do with it. We use it to answer you, to show you apartments that fit, and, if you opted in, to text or email you when a Terra Magia listing matches. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other brokerages.

Texts. You only receive automated texts if you checked the consent box. Reply STOP at any time to end them, or email andrew@terramagia.com.

Applications. Rental applications involve more information (income, identity, household). That process has its own notices, which you see before you provide anything.

Fair housing. We never ask about, store, or decide anything based on a characteristic protected under federal, New York State or New York City fair housing law.

Your choices. Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you: andrew@terramagia.com.

Cookies. The site uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in when you have an account, and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. There are no advertising trackers.
