221 North Henry St #3

Completely one-of-a-kind renovation on a beautiful Greenpoint block. One of our favorite local landlords with a great eye for style really outdid himself on this one! He kept as much of this historical beauty intact as possible while upgrading where needed and the results are stunning. The apartment features beautiful original hardwood floors, mega-high ceilings, exposed brick, fantastic lighting with multiple beamed skylights throughout the unit, remote control heat/AC units for each room, four separate bedrooms, a fully renovated separate eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, brand new full bathroom (2020) and stainless steel fridge and stove, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Located on the northern cusp of local favorite McGolrick park, steps to endless charming shop/bars/restaurants, and just a 10-minute walk from the Nassau G. There is nothing else like it on the market--just look at these photos!
